The business meeting of the sales department was held in Unique Trade
The business meeting summed up the results for 2017, highlighted successful solutions in sales, reviewed the company's plans for 2018 and more. A special place in the reports was allocated to the systems of technological implementation, which increase the efficiency of work.
The meeting was held in the new office center of Unique Trade in Nikolayev. The meeting was attended by employees from all over Ukraine, from all branches and representative offices of Unique Trade. The growth of the company and the development of the branch structure caused the need for regular meetings of the sales department.
The structure of the business meeting involved three stages: a series of reports, a series of discussions on sales processes, rewarding employees. The most successful and progressive employees were awarded certificates and valuable gifts.
