Warranty terms

Coverage depends on the product group, manufacturer requirements, mileage and correct installation. See the official Ukrainian-language documents for the complete applicable requirements.

Brake discs and pads

Coverage is limited to one month, but no more than 1,000 km. This period is intended to identify a manufacturing defect rather than wear, noise or vibration caused during use.

Shock absorbers

SATO Tech shock absorbers are covered for one year when a pair is replaced on the same axle. KYB products follow the KYB certificate. Other shock absorbers are covered for 6 months when two are replaced, or 12 months when four are replaced; in both cases the limit is 20,000 km and the mounts, springs, bump stops and dust covers must be serviceable. Suspension parts with damaged protective boots or dust covers are not accepted as warranty claims.

Cooling, suspension and electrical parts

Cooling radiators, suspension parts and electrical components are generally covered for 6 months, but no more than 20,000 km. Installation technology must be followed. Electrical claims require an extended diagnostic report and interpretation of fault codes where a universal tester was used.

Timing, rollers and pumps

Timing kits are covered for one year, but no more than 20,000 km. Tensioners, idlers, water pumps, dampers, overrunning pulleys and power-steering pumps are covered for 6 months, but no more than 20,000 km, subject to correct installation and use of specified fluids.

Clutch, flywheel and air-conditioning parts

Clutch kits and dual-mass flywheels are covered for 12 months, but no more than 20,000 km. Other air-conditioning compressors are covered for one year, but no more than 20,000 km; DENSO compressors have the separate two-year manufacturer-specific coverage described on the warranty-claims page. Evidence of overheating, impact or thermal load, cracks, damper failure or stripped splines may exclude a clutch or flywheel claim.

Air suspension and dual-clutch systems

Air-suspension components must be installed at a certified or dealer-level workshop authorised for the relevant vehicle make. A claim package must include the completed form, work order and service report, a printed wheel-alignment result and an authorised-dealer defect conclusion. For dual-clutch systems, provide the make and type of the special tools used, engine and gearbox fault-code protocols, and the adaptation protocol. DSG 0AM claims additionally require the washer thickness, a photo showing free play and the gearbox parameters listed in the official supplement. Consult that supplement for the complete evidence requirements.
